Transport Women

Transport Women Australia Ltd is a proactive group of people within all modes of the transport industry who particularly want to support the role of women working in that industry.

Our mission statement ‘Transport Women Australia Limited promotes the contribution women make to our industry and will pursue their right for input to issues and policy’ is backed up by our objectives

  • To support women’s contribution to the transport industry and present views from their perspective
  • To promote professional development, leadership and training opportunities for women in the transport industry

RMCG, formerly Rendell McGuckian Agricultural and Management Consultants, was formed in 1989.

RMCG offers services to ensure a healthy future for the environment, industry and communities by helping you to plan and implement change. We are committed to a balanced approach to decision making by taking into account economic, social and environmental considerations. Our experience is based on solid understanding of agriculture, environment, communities and industry, which comes from working with farming families, community groups and businesses throughout Victoria and in particular, the North Central Region.

The Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry

The Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Women in Rural Industries Program (WIRI) links Government and women in rural industries. WIRI's role is to improve the recognition of women's contributions to rural industries, increase opportunities for women's decision-making in agriculture, fisheries, forestry and natural resource management and promote the wide adoption of best practice models.

The Queensland Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries' Women in Rural Industries Unit (WIRI) supports and promotes the work of women in Queensland 's rural industries. Our core program, Enterprising Women in Rural Industries aims to:
