The AWiA National Conference 2026 brings together women from across Australia’s agricultural sector for three days of connection, learning and leadership.
Held in Orange, NSW from 27–29 July, the conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, practical workshops and regional tours, alongside opportunities to build meaningful connections with women working across the industry.
Under the theme Grounded Voices – National Impact, the conference will explore how women’s leadership, experience and ideas are shaping the future of Australian agriculture.

A Touch of Orange
Conference Dinner, Tuesday 28 July, Banksia Orange
Our conference dinner, A Touch of Orange, brings together the flavours, stories, and spirit of the Central West for an evening of connection and celebration. Guests will enjoy local produce, regional wines, and a relaxed atmosphere that showcases the best of Orange’s hospitality. It’s a chance to unwind, meet new people, and deepen conversations sparked throughout the day.

At this stage we are offering full conference tickets only, which includes the 2 conference days (Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 July), the welcome networking evening on Monday and the conference dinner on Tuesday.
Bus Tours on Wednesday are optional.

1 Conference and Conference Dinner includes
Conference on Monday 27 July and Tuesday 28 July (all catering included) and the two course conference dinner on Tuesday 28 July.
2.Welcome Dinner includes
The welcome networking dinner on Monday 27 July, canapés included
3.Conference Dinner only includes
Two course conference dinner on Tuesday 28 July.
4.Regional Tour includes
A spot on one of the buses for a regional tour, there are 3 tours to choose from. Starting at 9:30am and finishing at 3:30pm - morning tea and lunch included.
Note: all functions are drinks at bar prices.

No, we have non-member ticket options.
But you are welcome to join and get the ticket discount.

Please dress for comfort in smart casual clothes. It's difficult to please everyone in a venue, so we recommend you wear layers for your own comfort. If you wish to dress up for the dinners you are welcome to.
Orange can be very chilly in July - bring your winter woolies for transit between venues and the regional tours.
